Goldlake Capital was founded in 2012. In 2015, the firm was authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an investment management firm. Goldlake Capital ceased to be authorised by the FCA in 2021 after it transferred its discretionary portfolio management business to PK Wealth.
Helene Jelman ACA
Helene has more than 25 years investment management experience serving a range of clients from large institutional investors including major US public pension funds, Australian superannuation funds, Swiss corporate pension funds and a sovereign wealth fund to small charitable foundations and private clients.
Helene started her career in the financial services division of PwC London, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. After qualification, she joined Cazenove as a French equity analyst before moving to Deutsche Asset Management to manage their European smaller companies funds. She later served as an Investment Director and Partner with two activist investment management firms, Arlington Capital Investors and GO Investment Partners.
For the past twelve years, she has been managing investment portfolios for US and UK private clients and charitable foundations. She is passionate about investing and enjoys sharing her investment experience with her clients and ultimately help them become more knowledgeable and more confident when making investment decisions.
Helene holds a BSc in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Sussex and a Masters in Globalisation and Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies (University of London).
Helene is a trustee and chair of the Finance and Investment Committee of the DD McPhail Charitable Settlement.
